The lead tech, Courtney, is always very friendly and warm, very knowledgeable, thus creating a very welcoming environment. Doctor Nugent is very knowledgeable and very friendly as well. At every session, the tech would always make sure I'm doing ok with the treatment, offering to pause it if I needed a break, though by the nature of the treatment was really unnecessary, though thoughtful. Neuro feedback improved my cognitive abilities which suffered from Lyme Disease. Dr. Nugent put extra time into a deeper study for my diagnosis and continually updated my treatment based on results. He splits his time between several clinics so is often not present, but he stays on top of his cases. Jade was my main technician and she did an exceptional job with carefully and properly administrating the treatment. She is also very knowledgeable, personable, and gentle and she made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!
