I had an issue with a missing screw from my Drive Shaft U-Joint. A very nice man in the parts department went out of his way to find the right size screw that I needed to fix it and go in my way. I am very thankful and appreciative of his help. ***** 5 stars for Nuga Diesel and all their employees 🙏
If you need anything for international, don't waste your time like I've done many times. I've tried giving them my service, but some how they don't have part numbers in their system. They can't even look up a part with your VIN number like other shops can. I waited over an hr and finally I gave up and left.
For sure they will not honor warranty even if is a factory defective part of $100.00 they rather loose a customer, now I deal with FLEETPRIDE👏

Stay away from buying expensive parts here. They don't stand behind their products or warranty. This people are a joke when it comes down to warranty issues. STAY AWAY ...I rather spend a little more but have a good warranty.
