Bought a pair of leaf springs for my truck here and bushings and one was defective sat flat at the tip and came back and they say I need to buy another one and see if they can warranty the defective one. Went to the back and all leafsprings look disformed. 1.5hrs away to purchase this leaf springs to find out this place doesn't care customer service or stand behind thier product they sell. This place don’t care on customers or walk in. I sat there for 15 minutes and never told me if I need help there was a mechanic using two sales people to help him. This place is bad for walk ins you must go on the phone or online have no idea if they have it. Fleetpride is just down the street better service and they help you locate the part, never again will go tu Nuga

I had an issue with a missing screw from my Drive Shaft U-Joint. A very nice man in the parts department went out of his way to find the right size screw that I needed to fix it and go in my way. I am very thankful and appreciative of his help. ***** 5 stars for Nuga Diesel and all their employees 🙏

If you need anything for international, don't waste your time like I've done many times. I've tried giving them my service, but some how they don't have part numbers in their system. They can't even look up a part with your VIN number like other shops can. I waited over an hr and finally I gave up and left.

For sure they will not honor warranty even if is a factory defective part of $100.00 they rather loose a customer, now I deal with FLEETPRIDE👏
