I’ve been coming to Nuga Skin for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My skin has improved so much since my first visit! The staff is also incredibly nice and welcoming every single time. Highly recommend!!!
I will not change my review unless my concerns are addressed. While I was receiving treatment, an older Korean woman opened the treatment room door and asked about other services. This was a serious privacy violation and potentially a HIPAA concern, as patients should be able to receive treatment without interruptions that compromise their privacy. I’ve been coming here for five years, and Amy Byun has always been very thorough and attentive. She carefully monitors my progress and recommends the treatments and care that I actually need. I really appreciate her professionalism and personalized approach. Highly recommended!
