I have dealt with Monique at Nufloors for about a year and a half and can't be more pleased with the overall experience. My tile clients have all enjoyed the level of customer service they provide. From assisting with design options, to offering great advice as to what may be the best fit just for an individual's wants, or even lending out ratchet straps just to make sure your tile gets home safely, you just can tell that they genuinely care. 100% recommend making this one of your stops when searching for your flooring.
I had a fantastic experience with everyone involved at Nufloors. Monique assisted me picking out flooring for my condo and I greatly appreciated her expertise and ideas. Todd was very helpful both before (measuring and educating) and during (supervising) the installation. Andriy installed the flooring. He was extremely meticulous while keeping the installation to the original estimated time frame. They were all a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company and would definitely deal with them again in the future.
Another great experience with Kaesir/Monique and their team. From conception to the final product. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They made it easy and enjoyable picking products for our forever home. Lead times on carpet and hardwood were earlier than projected helping us keep our tight timelines in check. Very knowledgeable and great to deal with. For any projects. I highly recommend using Nufloors !!! Thank you for the final product. We love it
