Had this company refinish my porcelain bathtub. Response from 1st time I contacted them was prompt and appointment set up. Technicians arrived right when they said they would. They were very professional & explained everything they would be doing. They put tarps along the whole walkway from my front door to the bathroom. All exposed fixtures, towel bars, floor...were well covered. The work was finished in the amount of time they said it would take. The bathtub is now absolutely beautiful. We had our 1958 cast-iron tub and tile surround re-glazed recently. The customer service provided by Anthony (Mission Valley and San Diego locations) was exceptional; he clearly described the process, the timeline and the costs associated with our project right up front. I am so happy with the result and the overall experience working with NuFinishPro! We were doing a remodel of our bathroom and after installing the new tile, realized our “biscuit” color tub looked old and dingy. Looked at the cost of replacing the tub and the timing and decided to look at the reglazing option.
