Had the internal roof drop onto the garage roller door. Ceaser came out fixed the problem and also replaced the 20+ yr old motor with a far better and quieter motor. Highly recommend him and his business
Poor and incorrect diagnosis of the issue with my door. Not that happy.
Reached our to Nuevo Garage Doors in relation to an issue with a very old garage door that was causing intermittent problems. Caesar was my point of contact and he was professional, punctual but more than that very knowlegable. He offered 2 scenarios to assist me and there was no pressure to make a decision. I was told if any further assistance was needed he was happy to help. Great customer service and thank you Caesar.
