I was doing great in groups, was told I'd graduate soon. I had anger issues they wanted to addressed and had me go to one on one's and sent me to a psychologist. Marisol then demanded I come back to the group after 1 meeting even though I really needed the mental health help, so I advocated for myself and was met with being removed from the program and never being responded to again. Zero stars if i could. Terrible customer service and terrible communication. Marisol the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. customer service is nonexistent. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced while giving all my insurance info and they said I was covered. showed up to my appointment and double checked and asked if i was covered. They took my id and insurance card and after checking on the computer said that I was covered. Soon as i left they said Im not covered and owe them $$$.
