I work for Orange County Public Schools in Orlando, Florida, and our district switched to NueSynergy for FSA benefits about two years ago. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been overwhelmingly negative. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've had so many problems with this company, it's unreal since I've been on COBRA. I have a $10000 balance with them and they won't reimburse any of my medical expenses. They are SO inept! I will never sign up with them again.
