I absolutely love Nuesana! I always leave there feeling refreshed and energized! The people and the atmosphere are top tier.
A few months I needed help to lose weight. Nothing I was doing was working. I found Nuesana (Sabrina) who would work with me on this weight loss journey. It's never easy losing weight. There were times that my weight just plateaued & with Sabrina's encouragement & support I got to my goal.
Enjoyed my private contrast therapy session alternating between the infrared sauna and cold plunge.
Love this place! I’m from Canada and was missing the cold plunge experience and Nuesana has been a life saver. They have a great size plunge I’m 6”2 and fit comfortably the staff are very nice and it’s a great atmosphere definitely would recommend
