I had a very disappointing experience with the Dexter location in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania. Before traveling to a job site in Maryland, which was about two hours away from Fayetteville, I ordered a large number of trailer parts from this location because there wasn't a nearby parts store where I would be working. I had to prepare for the worst and make sure I had everything I might need. As it turned out, I didn't end up using all of the parts. Very nice and courteous staff.
Needed a wheel for my trailer, they didn't have one on hand but ordered it . Got it week later...
Called for some trailer wire unfortunately none in stock ordered on Amazon and had it next day. Local shops don't like it but maybe if you would keep stuff in stock Amazon wouldn't take your business
