Do not send unit to NuEra. Those guys cannot fix anything, I sent them the unit for 450 to rebuild it, then they called me that unit needs a compressor, which I agree to be replaced for another 400 dollars. The unit came back to us and we installed it same day, unit never lighted up or worked. We call him right away to report the issue, after phone troubleshooting failed he agreed to send us return label to ship it back unit to him for him to check it up again. absolutely amazing people that were more than happy to help me. I have zero concerns and would recommend these people to anybody including my own mother. if you are in the market for their services, you 100% should use them without hesitation. I'm that guy that calls around to 12 different places and there's a ton of research and my research stopped when I arrived here. there is no better option.

Shipping is fast, I could shop locally but with the service and sales that NuEra Heat provides, why? They have made me a customer for any of my heater needs.
I ordered a energylogic el200h waste oil heater through them and have been extremely pleased with it. Heats up my non-insulated shop extremely well! The guys at NuEra Heat are very professional and helpful! Highly recommend!
