We expressed our unhappiness for this software shortly after the training sessions had ended. We were told by our salesman that he couldn't imagine any other costs involved with the base price that we were quoted... We have been charged monthly for a laundry list, ranging from $50-$150 unexpected charges. Each provider is charged if they want to bill. They is an additional charge for setting them up for e-prescribe and then a monthly bill for the ability to e-prescribe. We're switching to Aethena next month. It sounded price... read more
