Please find out who was answering your phones on 1/17/25 around 1245pm. She’s rude, dismissive, talked over me, interrupted me while talking several times, and hung up on me while trying to GET information about your providers to become a new patient. Her tone was saying, why are you bothering me. When I called back she lied. Why would I ever choose a doctor from here when I can’t even get respect from the person answering the phones, giving out information, and booking appointments. Dr. Naate and her staff were friendly and actually listened to me. She answered my questions with compassion and thoroughly. She explained my conditions, listened when I spoke and made me feel heard. She told me what test were being ordered, and why. A refreshing experience at a doctor's appointment.
