I currently live here. I regret signing a lease with this place. It’s a dump, I wish I did a better job at looking at the surroundings. First of, the location is great, right in the middle of the entertainment district. Downside is with single pane windows dating from 1928 you can basically hear drunk people conversations at 3 am, it doesn’t filter or block any noise, it also will cost you more then 230$/month in electric even during the cooler months.
