I am glad i found this dentist in Austin. He explains each step in very simple vocabulary before doing the procedure and during the procedure. He greets with a smile and is in time. No long waitings Does not offer unnecessary procedures and his rates are reasonable too. I will give him 5/5
Love this place! It's a family practice, so every visit feels more like catching up with friends. They do solid work and are super considerate when it comes to budgets—no pressure, just honest advice, even if it means referring you to someone else.
Seriously, Dr. Schaefer is the bee's knees! He's super knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and his office might not be the fanciest but that's because he's an honest man that puts his patients' mouth pearls before profit. I felt heard, understood, and left knowing what was going on with my health. Finding a dentist this good is like finding a unicorn riding a bicycle – rare and awesome. Highly recommend!
