Dr. Schaefer has been our family dentist for over 20 years. Staff is great and friendly. He's on point and honest. Like I said we've been going to him for a long time and he's never steered is wrong. We recommend highly.
I originally went to Kenneth to fix noticeable flaws in my front teeth. On the last appointment, he drilled into my central incisor while filling a cavity in my lateral incisor. When I went in to get it fixed, Kenneth insisted that the hole already existed. He showed me an x-ray (in which there was no huge divot in my tooth) and tried to tell me that it showed the hole. I am glad i found this dentist in Austin. He explains each step in very simple vocabulary before doing the procedure and during the procedure. He greets with a smile and is in time. No long waitings Does not offer unnecessary procedures and his rates are reasonable too. I will give him 5/5
