As a life long citizen of Nueces county and having delt with the previous district attorney, I can tell you that Mark has been a welcome change for our community, he is a man who understands that people make mistakes and that those mistakes shouldn't instantly be met by the maximum allowed sentencing but rather viewed as what they were, a temporary lapse in judgement.
