These guys are very tough, very aggressive on violent crimes and crimes against children. At the same time, for non-violent misdemeanors, they consider long term community consequences to their policies. Their tool box has more than just hammers. They want the entire community safer and stronger.
I believe that Mr Gonzalez is sincere. His views and his reason for them are what has been absent from our society for far too long. His leadership stands with some of the finest. I'm a disabled veteran of twelve years of Army Infantry and have been around good leadership as well as poor leadership and I'd definitely protect this man's back if the situation called.

Our new district attorney has decided to not prosecute crime. The homeless are causing problems, but our police are overwhelmed. We need him to do his job so we can all do ours.
