These folks were so friendly on the phone as well as in person. Took no time to get appointment. Once at the office they acted like they had known us for a lifetime. The technician was very professional and explained every step as she tested my hearing. They went over all options with us but were never pushy to sell something out of our price range. I have full confidence in NuEar Hearing Center.
NuEAR hearing test today was great experience. Everything about the appt was welcoming and informative. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Shawn W. throughly tested my hearing and explained everything as he went along. He reviewed my results with me and explained what options were available to assist my hearing loss.
