When you call to make an appointment, it i a rarity that anyone answers. It goes to a full mailbox. When they do answer the phone, it sounds like you are bothering them. I have scheduled two appointments with them. The first time it was on a Sat. When I arrive the door was locked. Finally someone came to the door and I was told that they didn’t have me down and told me to come back in 30 minutes. Had an appointment. Doors were locked. Waited for over 30mins and no one ever showed up.

Had an appointment for today at 2:30. Showed up and the doors are locked with a handwritten sign saying they closed early today. Very unprofessional to not even call me I left work to be there.

I had an appointment with confirmation via text message. Once I got there, they weren't open. Everytime I called I was never able to get through. The voicemail is completely full. So now I have drive to another location to receive service.
