I’ve been going to Nue for years and after two bad experiences in a row, I’m appalled by the service. The last wax appointment I had I got a serious rash and bumps. This time, I walked in 7 minutes late and they turned me away. I came in with infant in arms and they welcomed me and were going to get my tech. 5 minutes later, they said oh it looks like you were here 7 minutes late. Without a doubt, the worst customer service experience ever received. At my initial appointment I made a 4 week follow up. I confirmed my appointment via email several days before. I arrive on time for my appointment, which happens to be when they open. Upon arrival I was informed I canceled my appointment at 8:51am. I did not cancel this appointment.
