Worst condo management group by far. When we moved in we had multiple issues that took far too long to address. Plus my sink fell through the counter (because the building is built like crap) And they didn't send someone to fix it until the following week. I was told on the phone someone would come that day and no one came for the next 3 so i had to reach out again. I've lived here for 3 months. I love the place. I've had issues with my stove and they have a new one coming this Thursday.
Great building with plenty of natural light in the units and a convenient location just minutes from 17th Ave and downtown. Highly recommend!
