The leasing process was very smooth. The leasing agents were very accommodating in terms of showing times. The units are basically new. Very modern styles with some spectacular views. The common amenity room is very cool. I strongly recommend.
I have nothing but good things to say about living in this building! It's modern, clean, absolutely amazing, with a location just a couple of minutes' walk to 17th Ave or the train station. I'll definitely be suggesting this building to friends looking for their next home:)
