Osbourne is Extremely Unprofessional. Left me with a sink full of nasty water for over a week and threatened to charge me a deductible for it when I told him I would be withholding a week's worth of rent for the inconvenience. He also hasn't fixed all the issues he promised he would when we moved in months ago. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
