After 15 years as a customer, I can confidently say that my experience with NuCO2 has been extremely disappointing. I own a beer garden with over 100 beers on tap, and when our CO2 service goes down, it directly impacts our ability to serve customers. We have been without service for days, losing revenue and damaging customer relationships, yet getting meaningful help from NuCO2 has been nearly impossible. I pay bulk with these guys money comes out of my account every month and they keep my tank topped off. This week they apparently missed the fill up so my business ran out of CO2 at midnight last night and we had no CO2 gun and no draft. Called them at 9:00 a.m. this morning told them it was urgent it's currently 4:00 pm and I haven't even got an estimated time that they can come and refill my tank. Absolutely ridiculous.
