It is hard to describe the lack of follow through an capability that exists within this company.
This company is utterly horrible, we run out of CO2 at least 3 or 4 times a year and it takes them 2 or 3 days to refill tanks. They have no since of urgency or compassion even though my business suffers. I have asked multiple times to get moved to a every month delivery instead of every 6 weeks. Every single time I spend 45 minutes on hold waiting on a service rep. Worst customer service ever, I HATE THIS COMPANY!
Customer service is as bad as it gets. Our restaurant ran out of CO2 at Noon yesterday in middle of our lunch rush. I waited on call for 51 minutes before I finally got someone. No sense of urgency to get us back up and running at all. Really no acknowledgement of how big of an issue it is from their end at all. We are on recurring fills so this is an issue that should never happen & if it does happen some sense of urgency would be nice. No sense of urgency as far as customer service goes. Have awaited for our tank to be filled for over 48 hours now. If you enjoy quality customer service, look somewhere other than NuCO2.
Terrible customer service. Called for help and waited over 15 minutes, several times. Need better customer service.
