The One star is only because they don't have a negative. This is the worst company i have worked with in my 20 year career. Customer service is unprofessional, that's after a 30 wait to finally reach them. if you need a delivery, good luck. I currently have been waiting for 2 weeks each and every day i hear 1 excuse after another.
