Thank you for letting me place an order a month ago, sending a FULL INVOICE, and never contacting me to let me know I had placed an order on their old website (which is still up and functional) which they could not fulfill. By the way, each box of gloves is over $10 more on their NEW website than when I had placed my order December 6th. And then never responding to my emails. I finally called and the person on the line spoke to me like I was a moron.
I don't live in the US and they hacked my PayPal and stole $1000USD. Thieves, frauds.
Consumer beware. Nuclear Tattoo is the most unprofessional Tattoo supply company I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ll take your payment then make you send selfies to release your order to ship. Tried to place an order, they didnt seem to want my business.
I purchase some white tattoo ink and it was extremely watery normally it is thick I'm pretty sure these people are remodeling their stuff to try to make more money they refused to exchange my ink that I normally buy from them I've been working with them for several years and they never have the proper needles that we need don't waste your time with this company they have no love for the artist I will be telling all of my friends about this thanks for not being loyal to the Artist as you so-called claim
I do NOT Recommend Nuclear Tattoo Supply if you receive a defective item they will refuse to fix the problem by either replacing the item or refunding your money. In fact when I first called they said they would talk to management and get back to me same day. It has been over a week and now they are saying I have to send video evidence that their equipment doesn't work. Why are you guys no longer making or selling short and medium tapper magnum shader needles? That’s what I use for solid color work and all you guys are selling is long tapper. Now I gotta find a new company to order from after years of dealing with you guys. ��
