Staff were very friendly and made my Mum feel very comfortable with her scan.

This place is so unprofessional. When they make bookings, they "lose" them and also can't accept emailed referral forms. Has to be a hard copy apparently, when everywhere else is going paperless
I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed when I came for my appointment and the staff specifically Angela and Jackie were soo lovely and patient with me. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and at ease for my 30 minute scan. This is a scan i held off doing due to fear and they made the process so easy and comfortable had I known I wouldve done earlier. Bookings also ran on time and there wasnt much of a wait despite the full room. Thank you many!
