Everyone was super friendly here. Great experience
I was surprised today. The receptionist was not professional. She was rude, she didn't ask my name, she found my name in my health online account and pronounced it so wrong while she was talking on the phone to talk to the docotor or the technician staff. She needs to be trained how to speak with costumers who are patient and are in pain. She needs to learn costumer service and how to communicate with patients at Palo Alto medical foundation in Palo Alto.
