Nucentric is a wonderful MSP. The service and technical support is top-notch. From the initial call to the completion of the ticket, the entire staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended Nucentric to many other companies for their IT needs.
Do not use this managed service company. The saying goes" you get what you pay for" is absolutely true. Nucentric Solutions ripped my company a new one. With inexperienced techs, terrible backup/restore solution, email cloud solution had several issues with high visibility to my company. Not to mention every single time I turned around Nucentric would send someone "new". I'd ask where is _______ and the response was he/she is no longer with the company.
