Listen, I love the baking but you guys need to sort out your staff. They're incredibly unfriendly and the lack of customer service is off putting enough that I'll be less likely recommend Nucci's to a friend or be back for more goods. And I'm not saying "the customer is always right" customer service... I'm talking basic politeness. "Hi there, what can I get you?" This is an amazing Italian bakery. The goods are always fresh and delicious. One of my favorite bakeries in town with a great line up of many items all absolutely tasteful and scrumptious.
