My blood pressure continues to improve. I am very pleased. Jaw: it’s getting better. Still cracks sometimes when I eat or when I turn my head. Sleep: It’s getting better! Not last night, but the 2 nights before I even slept more than 6 hours in a row (without long insomnia). For the last month, I have been taking 2mg of melatonin before I go to bed.
