Dr. Butt should not be a doctor. She was my doctor for only a few months before I realized I could find much better care. For months, I asked for an ultrasound on my wrists because of chronic pain, but she never provided one. My new doctor gave me a requisition at my first appointment, and it turned out I have carpal tunnel syndrome—something that could have been diagnosed much sooner. Love coming to the clinic and seeing the girl at the front desk always smiling and very polite!
Had such a wonderful experience with the receptionist this past Saturday. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and guided me to the right service without making me feel rushed. It made a stressful situation so much easier, truly appreciated her care and professionalism!
I went in on Wednesday and had such a great experience. The receptionist was absolutely amazing, so kind, and empathetic. The doctor was great too. Definitely recommend coming here!
