I am extremely disappointed with Hyundai. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Kona as soon as it was released, always kept up with regular maintenance, and every service was performed directly at the dealership. Despite this, the engine suddenly failed, and even Hyundai’s own technicians have been unable to find the cause. From what I’ve researched, this is not an isolated case. I went in to look into trading my car in and getting into a new hyundai elantra n line. Right away josh came and helped me and was very professional and had excellent customer service skills. I have never had a salesperson assist me like he did. I had a great experience. i didnt feel nervous signing anything because I knew I was in great hands. Thank you josh!
