07/25/2026. We purchased a new car from this dealership. The whole experience was nothing but positive. Service department was excellent. They even send you a video of what they're doing. You can rest assured that they are actually doing what they say they're doing. They worked quickly and had us in and out in under an hr. The customer service was also excellent the people at the front desk were imformative and friendly. Will be taking my mazda here for service from now on. I highly recommend Nucar Mazda of New Castle for any of your service needs.

Matt was excellent! Courteous, helpful, easygoing. The furthest you can get from a sleazy salesperson. He even made things easy for me by helping me drop my rental car off by picking me up from the nearby Enterprise. Great experience!!
