I just wanted to take the time out and write about my experience at nucar mazda newcastleastle. I think everyone there is amazing. I had problem with my car and John at service desk went out of his way to do EVERYTHING he can to help me . He's an amazing person and I will always appreciate him. I don't know what I would have done without john.. he's not only professional but a great guy . Don't go to this dealership. They're scammers. They dragged their feet for two days. They always say the car was sold in the evening or morning. Then they value your car very low. I don't recommend this dealership. It's a complete waste of time.
Michael Johnson at NuCar Mazda was the total package when it came to finding a new car. He was friendly, super informative about what I was interested in previously and my new interests in a couple of Mazda series and just all around helpful down to applying online, responding to my questions and later completing the financing with Brooke.
