Don’t trust the availability of the vehicles on their website. Wasted a trip for a car I couldn’t see and kept my schedule open for days just to get the same result. Everyone was very friendly but it was an unnecessarily frustrating process.
Picked up my car from the service dept. and they left the hood unsecured. Makes me wonder what else they 'oopsie forgot'.. sloppy
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but just couldn’t . My car buying experience was great but , the same day I purchased the car 2/19/25 I noticed a running light on the rear passenger side out and they stated it get it taken care of when I got it inspected and they would reimburse me . I went and got it inspected 3/14/25 and it wasn’t just a bulb that needed replaced but the complete housing for the light . I called and emailed 3/15/25 and didn’t receive an email back until 5PM . Overall buying experience was good.
