Very dishonored dealer. They lied to you just to get you to go. And try to sell you something else. Told my wife and kids they had the car and once they went the next day, they said the car was sold last night. My wife and kids had to travel far. Don't buy from them. very,very bad dealership. Wish I can put a negative star but I cannot. Had to give 1 star. After wife and kids went to Martin dealership and got the car. Martin dealership better.
This is the second car that I've financed from Nucar, and once again, I had the best experience. Kitty, the Internet Sales Rep, is amazing at what she does & very helpful. My experience with the sales department has been horrible one of the managers does not equate purchasing a used vehicle with previous service history of a older mind do not buy from this location there are more opportunities with companies that have better integrity and customer service!
