I had a terrible experience at the DOVER MAZDA. I was very deferred from going to mazda for service again. However the service center here treated me wonderfully and listened to me I will continue to go back!
Great experience! Michael Johnson provided excellent communications and video of the vehicle I was interested in. He certainly went above and beyond my expectations. I ended up going in a different direction with my vehicle search but I would highly recommend contacting Michael Johnson and Nucar Mazda for any of your future automotive needs.
This review is a long time coming. I've meant to do it previously, but never got around to it. I felt it was necessary to let others know of my experience with Nucar Mazda to help them make an informed decision on purchasing and having their vehicle serviced here.
