***Update: dealer took care of fixing the resevior and the unplugged defroster under warranty. Had to cover the mouse nest stuff myself. Appreciate making most of it right*** I had a great sales experience. After a month and a half of ownership, the blower motor started ticking due to a mouse nest in the cabin filter (probably from sitting in Plymouth at the dealer), the rear defroster didn't work (was actually unplugged), and the windshield wiper reservoir didn't hold fluid due to a crack and had a loose bolt holding it dow... read more
I am happy with being taken in on time. All the staff was very pleasant and informative. I feel that my inspection was thorough and I like that I was given a listing of all that was checked. The time spent waiting wasn't as long as anticipated which I appreciate.
