Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!!!
Service manager restored my faith in dealing with dealerships by going above and beyond to deal with the warranty company to get my vehicle serviced, which saved me an astronomical amount of cost and got the cost to a managable expense that fit my budget. While my vehicle was being repaired the service manager kept me informed of the repairs and when it would be done.
Great service experience
Had a great experience with the salesman (Brady). I like and enjoy the vehicle I purchased. The reason for the low rating is the financing part. In my opinion, they tried to sc*** me in a couple of ways. During the negotiation, I made clear that I wanted them to use a particular credit union for financing. This was because of the rate I could get, and my family does our banking there. They acknowledged the CU and said they worked with that particular institution.
