When I first inquired about the cars at nucar, they responded back to me with in the hour. Chappy was awesome. When I went in to talk with Brian I told him things that I was concerned about and he worked with me about the concerns. He really worked hard to put me in my new truck.THANK YOU Chappy!!! I purchased a Tesla from this dealership about a month ago. The buying process itself was smooth, and Ruth, my representative, was fantastic. But that’s where the positive experience ends. This was my first EV purchase, and I made it very clear that I needed the ability to charge the vehicle at home — a basic expectation for any EV buyer.
