My name is Staci and I purchased my "new to me" SUV from Nucar of Plymouth in August. Nick Huckins was amazing to work with, and totally followed through with fixing little things on my car that I found not working properly. I am so happy with my 2020 Toyota Rav4 and thank Nick for doing all he did to get me into my car. I will definitely return to Nick and Nucar when I am ready for new wheels again in the future!! This dealership is a complete rip off they advertise an extended warranty with every new vehicle sold, but after I paid cash for a 2025 bronco raptor, they told me that I don’t qualify because I registered the vehicle in an LLC based in Montana. I am a retired person, and I tow this behind my motorhome,in no way does that make this a commercial vehicle like they try to claim so they could rip me off about the warranty after I already paid for the vehicle that is a total scumbag move.
This car buying experience couldn’t have been any better! Brian “Chappy” Chapman went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect vehicle for our family. He spent over 6 hours dealing with me looking at 10+ cars; test driving 5 of them. Even with my ridiculous not liking the sound of the blinkers, he maintained his professionalism and kept looking until we found the perfect vehicle.
