Dominique was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I initially took my car to Lexus thinking I needed rear brakes because of the sound, but after listening, Dominique immediately knew it was the front brakes. I only heard the squealing when backing up, and he was 100% right. After completing the job, he even let me test drive the car myself to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Great service and great experience. If you need a mobile mechanic , ask for Dominique!
I initially thought my rear brakes needed replacement. Chris came out and identified that the issue stemmed from my front brakes and that my back brakes still had life on them. As a woman, I get nervous about being swindled by mechanics, so I truly appreciated and respected his honesty and integrity.
