Nubilt was sent by my insurance company to do the mitigation and demolition following a water disaster in my home . Nubilt arrived within an hour or so of calling my insurance and stayed on the job daily for nearly 4 weeks. Other than Thanksgiving the team worked everyday. They even showed up on a stormy day when schools and many businesses were closed. Looking at all the previous reviews, it would seem Nubilt does the work which would satisfy their customers, however, that has not been my experience as they never started the work for me in 2.5 months. Since mid-July Nubilt was assigned for hail repairs on my home by the insurance referral network, but by September-end I could not get a work start date. The project manager, whom I mostly interface with, kept telling me repair work is 6-8 weeks out since the beginning. Well with that estimate the repairs would have been fini... read more

The NuBilt team did a fantastic job with our residential project. They were knowledgeable, responsive and proactive. I am certain that the solution that they have put in place was better than any of the other options and will stand the test of time. We have already had a couple of very large rain storms since they completed the project and everything worked great! They solved our drainage problems with great customer service. I would definitely recommend Issa and the NuBilt team for your project!

I cannot recommend this company enough. We had the misfortune of having our basement flood this Mother's Day while I was very, very pregnant with my 2nd. We worked with Issa who is hands down the BEST---he was not only compassionate, but extremely knowledgable, fair, and completely available if we needed him or had questions. I would like to take this time to thank NuBilt for restoring my home after a lightening strike caused a fire in my house. My home was all but destroyed by the fire and subsequent water damage from the 4 fire hoses that were used to extinguish the fire.
