Referred by insurance company and wish I'd known about them earlier, so they could have done the water mitigation in addition to doing the restoration. Omar and his crew were super. Our wood floors turned out better than they were before the flood. The "barrier and protection" crew taped and put up plastic to mitigate dust and then cleaned up every speck of dust after the floor was sanded and refinished. Very timely, good communication with supervisor and workers. Supervisor communicated with us regularly and oversaw drywall repair, trim work, painting and carpet installation that was done very well. AJ (supervisor), Felipe, and Junior worked to get things done as scheduled and promised.
Nubilt did a fantastic job putting our house back to together after our second floor laundry room flooded. That stayed in touched and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

The slope around our house is not very good, so I called for an estimate to put in drainage to keep the water from getting under our slab. An estimate from a previous contractor had said that they could put in a drain system for about $3000. After looking at our situation, the estimator from NuBilt explained that with some minor adjustments that we could do ourselves (fabric and rock around the front of the house, and downspout extensions), we could keep the water away from the foundation sufficiently to avoid any problems. ... read more
