The man who is the head dude in charge I guess was very rude, hung up in my face, my braids were unraveling and he told me to buy more hair so they can fix it and tried to say the hair I bought was bad. Very rude and disrespectful and wasn’t willing to accommodate me at all. They want our money but won’t respect us!!!. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Keep ur money and go to a better place!!

if i could give them 0 stars i would. i paid $285 dollars for boho knotless (butt length) braids. I’ve had my braids in LESS than a week & my boho hair is coming out in chunks because it wasn’t braided in properly. the shop is NASTY & i saw a mouse while i was there. No running water in the bathroom, only sanitizer. the braiders are rude & have nasty attitudes. it smells awful! DON’T DO IT

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff was incredibly disrespectful and rude. They spoke about me in their native language and laughed while doing my hair, which made me extremely uncomfortable and anxious—I couldn’t wait to leave. The shop is disgusting. It’s unsanitary, with a filthy bathroom that has no running water. I watched them take long breaks to eat and come right back without washing their hands.
