This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The man working—tall, Black, and seemingly in charge—gave off an uncomfortable, micromanaging energy. When I chose to get help from the woman working instead, he seemed offended and said, “I could have helped you.” It felt unnecessary and awkward.
