Terrible experience. I booked small box braids through the website for $360, plus $90 for extra length. The night before my appointment, I was texted and instructed to arrive at 8:00 AM. I arrived on time and ended up waiting about an hour for a braider to arrive. Once the braider arrived, she asked me what style and price I had booked.
