Customer service is nonexistent at this place. You cannot ask for the service you want, they will just go ahead and do what they like. Lady doing my feet scraped the side of my feet and I pointed it out to her and she acted like it didn't matter. I also asked for gel pedicure but I ended up getting a regular. When I had asked about the UV light I was told that I got a regular. So many things went wrong on this one visit, it's ridiculous! This is truly my favorite place to go. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth. The shop is always clean and beautifully organized, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The owner is such a sweetheart — she welcomes you with open arms and makes you feel like more than just a customer. Her kindness and consistency mean so much. The prices are always fair and never fluctuate, which shows integrity and care for her clients. My daughter was right. I’m so grateful to have found this gem.
