I went to do my manicure and I used to do SNS but today I decided to exchange and do Gel they charge more money to remove the SNS when they did it, so to be clear they charge when they apply and when they removed, also no customer service at all. Note : if by low you must have a sign on the wall letting the customer know that you will have an extra charge when they decide to remove the product from the nail.
