TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I usually go to J&J nails down the street or my lady Neyda in Elizabeth..because it's closer to my home (I went on my lunch) I decided to give them a try. WRONG MOVE!! Walk in, greeted by 1 of the ladies, asked for a gel manicure, she tells me to have a seat at the booth. The next lady (I didn't get her name, but she has an earring above her lip) sits down and starts filing the old polish off..cool!
