I spent $26 on my lunch today there and most of it was pasta. Very little chicken and their shrimp is just obviously full of just batter. There’s no really shrimp in there. I would never go back.
Ordered Penang Curry, Spiciness level 2 is more like a 0 from most other places I get curry from, about 2/3 the quantity of curry for the price, Chicken and Tofu cooked well, overall the dish tasted bland, the curry was not all that flavorful. Overall I would rate Nuan's a 3.5 out of 5, would not be my first choice, but adequate in a pinch for a Thai food craving.
This is THE Thai restaurant in Salt Lake City and is a mainstay for our family. The food is FANTASTIC. Beautifully prepared, fresh, authentic Thai. We always order the chicken satay. Juicy moist chicken with yummy peanut sauce!! Love it. We always order the chicken Larb, level 2 spice. Perfectly seasoned. My favorite is the beef waterfall salad. Also spiced to a 2.
