I wish I could rate lower. I have had to use them twice and it's like pulling teeth to get anyone worth their salt to actually come and fix anything.
Terrible company and a rip off. Their prices are outrageous and easily the most expensive out there. I had a cooler needing serviced so a technician came out and he said the price would be $600. Four days later I got an invoice for $1200. I called To ask why such a big difference in price, the lady said that technician should’ve never given a price because they have no idea on pricing (which I understood). So I paid that total.
