I reached out to Nuaire because I was looking to buy a flow hood. They informed me that I could only purchase from a distributor in my area. That company was Biomedical Solutions Inc. I ordered a Nuaire flow hood from Biomedical Solutions Inc. and when the flow hood arrived, there was no damage to the packaging and I signed for it.
