Great service and good prices.
This company is very unprofessional. The lady that answers the phone has no customer service whatsoever. She’s very hostile and rude! They came out through my warranty company twice and still didn’t fix my air conditioner. 1st time they said nothing was wrong just needed to change the air filter. I changed it and Air conditioner still isn’t working. Came back the second time now all these things need to be replaced. How wasn’t any of this noticed the first time. We went through our home warranty and they hired this service provider to take a look at our non-functioning refrigerator and diagnose the issue. They looked at our refrigerator and verbally told us the three parts that needed to be replaced. This service provider submitted the claim incorrectly and the parts were never ordered. We had to pay the deductible to our home warranty company regardless. The info they submitted said that they looked at our stovetop oven, which they did not. This company is unreliable.
