I can't recommend NuAge enough! We saw some bugs in our bedrooms that looked like bedbugs, and so we called. He came the next day right on time for an inspection as scheduled. He was polite, professional, helpful, and friendly. He was accommodating to our request that he use boot covers [due to a latex allergy]. He took one look at the bugs and informed us that they were likely bat bugs instead of bed bugs. He got them tested to be positive, and he was right. Billy came to our house very soon after contacted. He thoroughly inspected each room and we had a heat extermination 2 days later. He was very informative during the inspection and remediation process. You get no BS from him! He is extremely dedicated to getting the job done right the first time. He is honest and trustworthy and pricing is fair. I highly recommend Billy to anyone with a pest problem- nice guy who knows his stuff- you will not be disappointed!
