I used to work at this agency but I quit 6 months ago. My name and photo are still displayed on the "Meet the Team" section of the website, despite plenty of time for the owner to update it and me sending a Cease and Desist Notice to stop using my name and photo when I don't work there anymore. For months, I have been dealing with surprise charges and deceptive billing practices from this place! In addition, when I first posted a review here about surprise charges on my card (after failing to get a clear answer from them directly), the Clinical Director called me, yelled at me and threatened retaliatory action if I didn’t take down the review. Beware of fraudulent billing practices. Avoid this place at all cost! My service was completely covered by my employer but they asked to hold my card on file which was suspicious. They then proceeded to rack up unfounded and fraudulent charges on my card. They also told me to ignore the incorrect bills generated by their system. They then went unresponsive and decided to keep my money.
