Mel is my favorite! I had laser hair removal for the first time in the Brazilian area and she made me feel so comfortable even with the pain. I was super shy and nervous but she made me feel like it was getting undressed in front of a sister. I am so sad the Pembroke Pines location is closing because I feel comfortable with Mel on my laser hair removal process.
Mel is the best. She is very hospitable, professional and knowledgeable. Every time I come I feel welcome, respected and attended to. I live almost an hour away and she made me feel so comfortable that I booked future sessions at her location just to ensure I am in a familiar comfortable environment. 10/10 DO recommend.
Amazing professional service! I get treated by Mel and she is the best. She ensures comfort throughout the entire process. She's simply the best. Very patient and kind. Highly recommend her.
